Introducing the Fronius Reserva Pro, a high-capacity, high-voltage battery storage solution designed for larger residential and light-commercial energy systems. With up to 31.9kWh usable capacity per tower and support for four towers in parallel, Reserva Pro extends the Fronius storage ecosystem into applications requiring greater capacity and higher charge and discharge performance.

High-Capacity Modular Design

The Fronius Reserva Pro uses a stackable tower configuration with three to eight battery modules per tower. Each module provides 3.98kWh of usable capacity, allowing systems to be configured in 11.9kWh, 15.9kWh, 19.9kWh, 23.9kWh, 27.9kWh or 31.9kWh usable capacities.

Up to four equal battery towers can be connected in parallel, providing up to 80kWh with compatible single-phase systems or up to 128kWh with compatible three-phase systems. No external battery combiner box is required.

Safe and Proven LFP Chemistry

Reserva Pro uses Lithium Iron Phosphate battery chemistry, offering a strong safety profile, long service life and excellent thermal stability. Its high-voltage architecture supports efficient energy transfer between the battery and inverter while keeping installation requirements streamlined.

Designed for Larger Fronius Systems

Reserva Pro is compatible with Fronius Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus hybrid inverters.

The 11.9kWh to 19.9kWh configurations can be used with compatible Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus models, while the larger 23.9kWh to 31.9kWh configurations are designed for compatible Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus systems.

High Charge and Discharge Capability

Reserva Pro supports a maximum battery output current of 50A, with actual charging and discharging performance determined by the connected inverter and battery configuration.

When paired with selected Verto Plus models, the system can achieve charge and discharge power of up to approximately 28.34kW, making it well suited to larger homes, small businesses and applications with substantial daytime or backup energy requirements.

Australian-Ready Construction

With an IP65 protection rating, Reserva Pro is suitable for installation indoors or in protected outdoor areas. It supports an ambient operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, humidity levels from 5% to 95% and installation at altitudes of up to 2,000 metres.

A minimum clearance of approximately 300mm is required on each side of the battery tower, helping maintain suitable access and ventilation around the system.

Simple and Fast Installation

The modular battery design allows each module to be positioned individually and mechanically connected as the tower is assembled. Reserva Pro also features genuine Stäubli MC4 Evo Stor DC connections and integrated communication with the inverter through CAN and Modbus RS485.

Once installed, the battery can be selected directly through the Fronius inverter commissioning interface, helping simplify setup and system integration.

No External Combiner Box Required

Up to four equal Reserva Pro battery towers can be connected in parallel without an external battery combiner box. This reduces additional hardware requirements and helps create a cleaner, more efficient installation for larger-capacity systems.

Seamless Fronius Ecosystem Integration

Reserva Pro integrates into the broader Fronius ecosystem, allowing energy generation, battery storage and household consumption to be monitored through Fronius Solar.web.

Compatible systems can also support battery control functions, time-of-use charging strategies and black-start functionality, helping customers maximise self-consumption and improve control over stored energy.

Backup Power Capability

When installed with a compatible Fronius hybrid inverter and backup equipment, Reserva Pro can provide stored energy during a grid outage. Available backup functionality depends on the connected inverter, system design and local installation requirements.

The battery’s larger capacity range makes it particularly well suited to properties requiring longer backup duration or support for higher-demand loads.
