There is 2 x sun grow inverters connected to a data logger via RS485. The data logger is connected to the droplet via ethernet and so we can see both inverters and data logger in the storm cloud app but the isolarcloud / sun grow app shows the system as offline.
If we were to reconfigure and have the data logger connected to the same network switch as the droplet so that the data logger can be viewed in the isolarcloud app, are you able to add the 2 inverters and see them via the network connection instead of them being physically connected to the droplet?
Ive attached a quick SLD below to show how it is connected and how I mean to change it.
Please let us know on the above.

The Clean Energy Regulator has not approved the PV STCs for PV-250035573 The incorrect panel model has been entered according to information we hold from the panel supplier. Please check the correct panel brand and model on the PV module label. You can reference the CEC List to find the correct module details.- K01250100701221 (see photo attached)
As soon as we receive this information we can forward it to the Clean Energy Regulator and the approval process can continue.

Hi Vanessa,
Thank you for your email. With regards to the response you received from your supplier, could you please confirm then that of the 90 PV modules installed that there were 89 PV Modules model Trina Solar TSM -440NEG9RC.27 and one module that was model Trina Solar TSM -440NEG9RC.28 and this was the module that had serial K01250100701221.
If this is the case I'll update the GEO form as per your information.
Appreciate your assistance with this.

The Clean Energy Regulator has not approved the PV STCs for PV-250035573 The incorrect panel model has been entered according to information we hold from the panel supplier. Please check the correct panel brand and model on the PV module label. You can reference the CEC List to find the correct module details.- K01250100701221 (see photo attached)
