Also do we have a warranty/manufacturer contact number for LG panels - I saw we have their battery contact number but not sure if it would be the same

Just a reminder everyone, tech will be out of action today. Please direct to manufacturers where possible or share troubleshooting information. Ie. if a customer has an issue with an RS485 WIFI kit, there is a QR code on the front of the device they can scan and it will take them to wiring diagrams and the manual which has troubleshooting steps at the back
