HI Guys. Need some help with this one please.

Mick from Solar Run is trying to use a CX30kW Sungrow inverter with the RS485s but the fault message is that the units 'don't recognise the inverter'. I've advised Mick that the CX30kW can't be programmed for wireless like the Crystal series. Mick has said Supply Partners advised these would work together as a system.

Please help :(
