  • Hi @Sheranya Garlapati. You've got the right product with those items. Please confirm with the customer that their cable run is under 5 meters long. This is what is required to use the 50mm2 cable. I'm sure he is aware, but it's good to check :) Thanks.

    Hey @Lauren Haworth Fronius said that they recommend a solutions partner that could look at repairing the IG unit. Are you able to ask why the customer they wanted to get one? Fronius assumes it's a replacement?

    @John Woods the GW5000-EH grid tied version can offer emergency backup. If they have the standard grid connect version the emergency backup is provided directly via solar panels during a daytime outage. So the recommended thing to do is wire a double powerpoint to it. If this is the enquiry you sent a message about that someone who has life saving equipment they need to back up, I would suggest a robust solution with battery storage such as Selectronic. We would also need to check with the manufacturer that they approve to be used with life saving equipment
