Tech Team Callbacks

  • Re: Tech Team Callbacks
    Hi Andrew
He has a 5kw Primo snap onsite, will he get back-up facility with a 5kw GEN 24? Only problem with the larger GEN 24 is that we won't see them until November.

    Kind regards

@Mark Coles did you want to give Scott a call firstly? Talk to him about the new larger Primo GEN24 models 8 and 10 that can give greater backup power. Compatible with BYD batteries (refer to compatibility table on BYD page). Anything you are unsure of just reach out to me please. Scott Black (0419 727 114) thanks

  • Scott Black (0419 727 114) is looking at getting rid of his snap inverter and using a Primo GEN24 5 Plus. He wants to know if it can be backed up and what batteries he needs.

@Jordan Meikle is correct here, and the SDS screw isn't a stocked item it sounds like potentially a generic product?

From my understanding, the CR1-TM Tee/Cross Brackets don't come in different sizes? It's something that you more attach to the cable trays (which do come in 150mm and 300mm variants) to form a tee or a cross section. @Andrew Thomson would you be able to confirm if this correct?

    by Jordan Meikle - 08:33 - 14 Sept 2023
  • Theyre also chasing 150mm Tee/Cross Bracket?

  • Re: Tech Team Callbacks

Hey @Matthew Thomson they're likely chasing CR1-TM, but we don't stock any screws like that. They'll likely have to grab them at a hardware store
